The intention of this guided meditation is to allow you to visualize your day ahead with happiness and success. Beginning with some breath awareness to connect with your innermost self. As we progress we will place our attention on any stressful thoughts or feelings that may be weighing you down, allowing these to slip into the background, coming back onto the breath, finding freedom, letting go of any struggles. You will leave the session feeling recharged and empowered.
