Waking up to the auto pilot, we begin to transcend back down to the body, our
focus is to turn our awareness towards the object of the breath and body, with calm attention
and non-striving attitude. A safe space where we can explore and allow thoughts, feelings
and emotions to arise and fall as we anchor back to body and breath.
