Calm Attention

Calm Attention meditation helps you learn the fundamentals of meditation by gently focusing your non-judgmental attention. Keeping your gentle focus on your breath and choosing to stay with your focus over associating with your thoughts increases your ability to concentrate and let go of distractions. This is an excellent meditation for beginners and for people who are having difficulties dealing with distractions at work such as chats, emails and other notifications.
