Gratitude

Gratitude is being aware of all of the good things in your life and expressing appreciation for them. The practice of gratitude acknowledges our interconnectedness, which reminds us that we are part of a larger universe with all living things. Being grateful allows us to live fully in the present moment. Expressing gratitude leads to a stronger sense of well being, increases our resilience and attracts more good into our lives. In this meditation, I will be bringing your awareness to things in your life that you are thankful for.
