Class 1:  De-stress the mind

This first session is focused on an emotional and physical stress detox. You will learn two short exercises that you can use going forward when you are facing a challenge with a client, or your boss, a computer malfunction or a personal meltdown. This will help you release tension, prepare you for action and help you avoid feeling overwhelmed when you run into challenges.
