Mindful Movement Yoga

Moving Mindfully through Yoga is an invitation to come back home to the body and the senses. An awakening of consciousness through sensation and movement. Strengthening and flexing mind and body with awareness and kindness. Befriending the body from where ever we are,  in stillness or movement.

This practice is helpful for bringing awareness to tightness in the body by learning to let go through breath and tuning in to present moment awareness.
