Nourish and Relax Chair Yoga

Unwind and relax with this chair yoga class available to all. Take time to reconnect with the breath and body, allowing feelings of ease and relief. So often we live in an ongoing state of tension. The practice of yoga naturally relives this tension, and creates space to feel and create more of what we are wanting in our daily life.

A mindful Q&A is a social and interactive learning experience, open to the meditation.live community following most classes. Mindful Q&A provides students with the opportunity to connect, engage in conversation, ask questions and share their meditation experience following the LIVE class.
